As we met with Kari and Ulises during our consultation meeting – we knew they would be a fun duo to photograph. They went over their fall 2011 wedding ideas so it made sense that their engagement session took place in the fall. Both Kari and Ulises knew where they wanted to go and it was just PERFECT – the rolling hills, tall grass, and the old oak tree was awesome. We are in love with these photographs and had such a hard time picking out our favorites from this session. The lighting and the “Anthropologie” feel to these photographs just made it such a perfect fall session. Enjoy!
Isn’t the oak tree that they spotted out for this session amazing?
The quilt that Kari made was just perfect for this breezy fall afternoon! Yes…she made the quilt!
Cue in the amazing sunlight and the infinite rolling hills in the background….
The teaser pic….
Got to love the high-five!
We had just enough time to do a quick outfit change before the sun completely set as we were walking towards our cars…
As we walked down the hill, Ulises found a wildflower to give to Kari.
We are going to end this post with one of our most faves from this session…This image as a black and white photograph just feels like a still straight from a movie which is why we love this one so much! Kari and Ulises, thank you for such a wonderful session we look forward to your wedding next November!!
Love, love the location!! Great job capturing the Anthropologie feel!
WOW.
Don’t need to say more.
