Classic cars, Mariachi Bands, softball memorabilia, and folklorico dancing equates to one heck of a great time! That is exactly how Karla and Julio envisioned their wedding day to be and indeed what a party it turned out to be.
We spent the first part of the day with Karla as she was getting prepped at her brother’s home in Northridge. For the special occasion, her father escorted her in his fully restored 1955 Chevy Bel Air. As a car enthusiast, I was definitely thrilled to see the car in person after hearing Karla talk about the car so much. Soon after we headed down for the wedding ceremony at the Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church in North Hollywood. The celebration then continued at the Holiday Inn Burbank Media Center in Burbank, California. It was definitely a fun evening filled with dancing, laughter and lots of love!
Karla and Julio – we are so honored to have been your photographers for such a special time in your lives. We wish you all the best in your future together and cannot wait to see what is in store for you both! ~ Cam & Tracy

What is so great about having an awesome second shooter and fiance with me is getting two different prospectives of one pose – the photo on the left is my shot and the one on the right is Tracy’s. Both are great angles but each give a unique view of Karla and Julio.
This is such a great alternative to the traditional guest book. Both Karla and Julio play in local softball leagues and even travel all over the country – it was just fitting that they included a (base)softball theme in their wedding.
The cutest Father/Daughter dance we have witnessed so far – Karla and her Father decided to forgo the traditional slow dance and performed a folklorico dance instead!
I stumbled on your blog accidentally looking for wedding photo examples for the Holiday Inn in Burbank. You guys did such a great job capturing their wedding and what speaks the most to me is the true emotion that day. You cannot pose that. Great job Cameron.
