Father and daughter step out of the suite, they slowly turn the corner, and Melissa’s father walks her down the aisle to Bruce. From behind the lens you can already feel the anticipation from their guests who flew in from all over the country to share the love that Melissa and Bruce have for each other. The gorgeous private villa and vineyard serves as a backdrop for Bruce as he waits for Melissa to join him. As she walks up, Melissa immediately smiles at Bruce and you know that this was the moment they were both waiting for.
Melissa and Bruce, thank you for the honor of being your wedding photographers. We loved working with you both and were touched that you had us be a part of it all. Wishing all the best on the life that you will create together!
First let’s start off with Melissa’s gorgeous Sottero and Migley dress and all the fun details!
Who doesn’t love something blue – Especially with the heels!
Now something borrowed! Melissa honored her mother’s memory by using her mother’s wedding veil and kept a photo of her on her bouquet. The gorgeous bouquets and boutineers were done by Paso Robles local florist Flowers by Kim. The other florals that you see on this blog were done by Melissa’s awesome family and friends!
Now some love for the groom Bruce!
Paper umbrellas are a must-have at all weddings! Especially to keep guests cool from the 108 degree temperatures of the Central Valley…
The moment of anticipation…One of the small details that we loved from this wedding was how Melissa and Bruce paid tribute to their family members who passed away buy hanging angels over the arbor. Its a true sentiment showing how family and friends are the core of a strong foundation of love.
Before the sun had completely set, we took Melissa and Bruce into the vineyard. We just had enough light to get these shots!
Now the first dance…
The celebration was catered by Sue Sa’s Creative Catering and the deserts and cake were designed by Shelly Wade from Gourmet Cakes. Both vendors are based out in Visalia in Central California. Instead of leaving traditional favors left on tables for guests, Melissa and Bruce decided to do a dessert bar, and guests were able to take home all the goodness!
Time for the bouquet and garter toss! And of course some more dancing!
